Jenner Community Center

The Jenner Community Center, a 501c3 nonprofit, has been serving the coastal community for over 60 years. We are first and foremost dedicated to sustaining and celebrating the Jenner community.

From its founding in 1958, members of the JCC have been instrumental in the effort to preserve Jenner coastal areas,

as well as the historic struggle over our environmentally sensitive Jenner Watershed.

Many community and coastal events are held at the Jenner Community Center facility, with its unique indoor theater-style seating. We collaborate with local not for profit groups as well as service organizations like fire and sheriff’s departments, and are grateful to house one of our Monte Rio Fire District trucks in Station #3 on site, in accordance with the original designation of the building. The JCC was certified as a Red Cross Emergency Shelter in 2012 and was open for over a week in 2017 in support of Sonoma/Napa fire victims.

Many folks visit to enjoy the outdoor Rivers End music stage for events such as our annual fundraiser,
FISHSTOCK.

The mission of the Jenner Community Center is to promote the safety and well-being of the residents, and to further their educational opportunities, and to conserve, protect and restore the natural, cultural, civic and historical resources of the area.
